The Friends of Sallie Logan Public Library,, 1808 Walnut Street, Murphysboro, are having a book sale on Saturday, May 26th from 9am to 1pm.

For sale will be new and used books for children and adults, book on audio, vhs tapes and dvds. Also for sale will be some library surplus property including desktop cpus and typewriters. Surplus propety items will be sold by silent bid. Successful bidders will be notified beginning Tuesday, May 29th.

Proceeds from the sale are donated to the library to enhance programs and services to the community.
